Qualifications: Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area. Current unrestricted nursing license in the state of Ohio. Minimum 1 year experience working with adult/geriatric population as a nurse in a clinical care setting. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Valid Ohio Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications: Graduate of a Council of Academic Programs in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology – accredited program and received the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Must be currently licensed in the state of Ohio. Previous home care or geriatric experience preferred. Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation required.

We are seeking a PRN social worker licensed in the State of Ohio, with excellent communication, interview, problem solving skills and knowledge of resources available to seniors in Cleveland and the surrounding communities. Qualifications: Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality care to patients and performs technical skilled nursing care in the patient’s home in compliance with all nursing standards, all federal/state/local government regulations and Integrity Home Care’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy,
Currently licensed in the state of Ohio,
Previous home care or geriatric experience preferred,
Valid Ohio Driver's license and reliable transportation
Servicing Southern Cuyahoga and limited parts of Medina and Summit counties
Qualifications: Current unrestricted nursing license in the state of Ohio. Minimum 1-year experience working with adult/geriatric population as a nurse in a clinical care setting. Must have computer proficiency, excellent customer service and communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented, and work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy. Must be currently licensed in the state of Ohio. Previous home care or geriatric experience preferred. Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation required.
